ANALYTICAL SERVICE
The first step of ERP system supply realization is the initial analysis. Thanks to this analysis the customer can map all business processes and consider the economic benefit of the investment in advance. Consulting service are also included as a part of customer service.

INITIAL ANALYSIS
ERP system closely relates to the functioning of an entire company and the majority of activities performed by its employees. Before starting work on ERP system implementation it is necessary to analyse, in detail, business processes and to decide which activities are to be preserved and which have to be changed.
The advantage of ComSTAR®2000 is in its simple parameters, therefore it is possible to deal with the majority of business processes in more than one way. Customers select the settings of their ERP system that best suits their needs. The business process has to be changed if:
The process is implemented in the company in a non-standard manor (which is not supported by ComSTAR®2000).
ComSTAR®2000 solves processes more efficiently; changes in processes will mean the more efficient use of resources.
The customer wants to use deployment of ComSTAR®2000 for organisational changes.

Evaluation of the possibilities of methods of supply, creation of a payment calendar.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
We also provide consulting service within the customer service department. We have specialists for specific areas being solved by ComSTAR®2000 (accounting, taxes, salaries, transport, production, etc.). The customer can raise its requests or questions at the following levels:
General – How to perform a process or activity with respect to the accounting methods, legislation etc.
Specialized – In what ways the process or activity is usually solved in food processing companies.
Practical – How can the process or activity be realized using ComSTAR®2000.
