SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

The aim of the systems integration service (from the customer’s point of view) is to simplify as much as possible the entire process of supplying the ERP system and its subsequent servicing. The customer will thus obtain a single partner and guarantor of the entire project.
ComSTAR, being in the role of the systems integrator, acts, in relation to the customer, as the general supplier of the ERP system and information technologies. Based on the Contract of systems integration we accept responsibility for any and all product supplies and service as well as for the overall functionality of the system and for the implementation thereof in the customer premises.
Within the systems integration, hardware and software products are unified in a single user environment. The integration also includes the migration of existing data to the new solution.
As a systems integrator we use our experience gained from more than thirty successful implementations of our solution and modern methodology for project planning, management and implementation.
Supplies of ERP system are not finalized by handing the deliverables over to the customer. Our main aim is to build a long-lasting partnership and to provide high-quality customer service.

If it is necessary within the solution to supply third party hardware, network elements or software, we perform the role of the dealer. The delivery includes consulting service free of charge. Our specialists will help with the selection of suitable technology and they will also carry out the configuration of the equipment or application. We will negotiate special price terms and conditions for our clients directly with the manufacturers (IBM, HP, etc.). The customer also has the possibility to consult the solution through our company with specialists from the above-mentioned companies.
